This integrated vacuum feeding system matches WPC wood floor multi-extruder extrusion line. Equipped with imported PLC control and famous-brand electric parts, it adopts vacuum and screw combined feeding mode. With closed stainless steel dust-proof conveying structure and 6 linkage level gauges auto induction feeding, it supports auto and semi-auto feeding. It integrates feeding, mixing and vacuum conveying modules, realizing automatic weighing, mixing and conveying of powder and granular materials for plastic extruder and injection machine, with mature 2016 Nanjing factory application case.

Product Overview 


This professional vacuum feeding system is specially developed for synchronous automatic feeding of multiple WPC wood floor extruders, solving manual feeding, dust pollution and discontinuous feeding pain points of traditional WPC production lines. Integrated with automatic feeding unit, mixing unit and vacuum pneumatic conveying unit, the whole system finishes full-link automatic procedures including raw material storage, conveying, precise dosing, weighing, mixing and quantitative feeding to extruders. 


Adopting full closed 304 stainless steel silos and pipeline structure with supporting dust removal devices, it realizes dust-free material conveying and standardized workshop management. The core control part adopts imported PLC controller and international famous brand electrical components, ensuring long-term stable, low-failure and high-efficiency continuous operation. Equipped with human-machine simulation touch screen, the system supports dual-control mode of full automation and semi-automation. It adopts dual combined feeding technology of vacuum negative pressure feeding and screw quantitative feeding to match continuous extrusion demand. 


It is configured with large and small silo dual level meters, plus 50L independent small hopper and matched level gauge above each extruder, forming six-group linkage level induction feeding logic. The whole feeding cycle is intelligently controlled by PLC without manual intervention. This system has been officially put into operation in Sundiwpc Plastic Nanjing factory in 2016, specially supporting automatic feeding, pneumatic conveying and dosing weighing work for mass WPC wood floor production.


Core System Working Logic


  • Dual feeding mode: The extruder station adopts vacuum feeding + screw feeding combined feeding structure


  • Large & small silo linkage control: Raw material silo installs upper and lower two level meters. Lower level alarm triggers automatic feeding from large silo to small silo; upper level full material signal stops feeding automatically


  • Extruder standby material guarantee: 50L independent small hopper is installed above each extruder, equipped with dedicated level gauge for emergency material reserve


  • Six-point linkage induction rule: Six level gauges work synchronously. Any single level gauge lacks material, screw feeder auto starts feeding; all six level gauges show full material, feeder auto stops; cyclic auto feeding controlled by PLC program
