MIXING VESSEL

- Internal surfaces in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

LID

- Can be supplied in various configurations; it can be opened vertically thanks to a pneumatic cylinder operated lifting system.

Q1: Can this machine only mix PVC powder?
A1: It is primarily designed for rigid and soft PVC mixing. It is also applicable to R&D tests of other thermoplastic powders. With different mixing tools, it can complete laboratory processes such as plastic coloring, modification and pre-mixing, offering great versatility for formula adjustment.
Q2: How to choose among the three heating modes?
A2: Self-friction heating is energy-saving and efficient for ordinary simple formulas. Electric heating fits low-temperature stable processes. Heat conduction oil heating provides more stable temperature control for high temperature uniformity requirements and large batches of test samples. You can switch modes freely based on your experimental needs.
Q3: What is the working principle of the lid safety device?
A3: The machine is fitted with an intrinsic safety interlock system. The lid will be mechanically locked and cannot be opened before the main spindle completely stops, preventing operators from touching rotating paddles and causing injuries. The pneumatic lifting design saves labor, with lead screw manual and automatic driving structures for option.
Q4: What benefits does mirror-polished stainless steel bring compared with ordinary small mixers?
