This PVC additives auto dosing machine is dedicated for plastic extruder production lines, replacing error-prone manual weighing of stearic acid, wax, titanium dioxide, carbon black and other PVC additives. Equipped with 4–10 stainless steel bins and imported Mettler Toledo weighing sensor, it achieves weighing tolerance less than 10g per batch. Fully sealed pipeline plus dust collector keeps workshop dust-free. Controlled by Siemens PLC and touch screen, it stores unlimited formulas, auto generates production reports, cuts labor cost and avoids chemical harm to workers.
