This high-pressure dense phase powder pneumatic conveying system adopts positive pressure conveying principle. With high working pressure range of 0.2MPa~0.5MPa, matched special conveying booster can realize ultra-long-distance material delivery beyond ordinary conveyors.
The system controls material flow at low speed during transportation, which greatly reduces friction collision between powder and pipeline inner wall, effectively lowers abrasion of both conveying pipes and raw materials, and avoids crushing fragile powder materials.
It owns ultra-high material-gas ratio of 10kg~85kg powder per kg compressed air. Compared with dilute phase conveying equipment, compressed air consumption is significantly reduced, which brings long-term low operation cost for factories.
Flexible process layout is supported: one feeding inlet can connect multiple discharging outlets to supply different production equipment synchronously, so the whole production line design becomes simpler without repeated conveying equipment investment.
The complete set of system can be matched with automatic bag breaking station, storage silo, quantitative dosing scale and weighing unit, forming integrated raw material handling production line for food, chemical and plastic factories.
