Product General Introduction

This long distance powder pneumatic conveying system is a high-pressure dense phase transport equipment specially developed for long-distance, high-output dry powder raw materials. Different from low-pressure dilute phase conveyors, it works under 0.2~0.5MPa stable pressure and can be equipped with a special booster to realize ultra-long-distance material transmission that ordinary equipment cannot complete.The system controls low material flow speed during operation, so the friction collision between powder and pipeline inner wall is greatly reduced, effectively lowering abrasion of both conveying pipes and fragile powder raw materials. Its prominent high material-gas ratio feature greatly saves compressed air consumption, which reduces long-term factory operating expenses.

The pipeline layout is flexible: one feeding inlet can connect multiple discharging outlets to supply different production equipment synchronously, simplifying the whole plant process layout. It can form a complete raw material processing production line when matched with automatic bag breaking machine, silo and dosing weighing machine.
