The machine finishes one-batch automatic quantitative feeding independently, with total weighing error controlled within 10g. Equipped with Swiss Mettler Toledo weighing sensor and German Siemens electric control series parts, the machine owns stable running performance, intelligent frequency conversion speed regulation, closed screw dust-free feeding structure. It configures independent stainless steel storage bins, optional 1-9 sets bin combination to match different additive formula demands, which greatly reduces manual participation and optimizes PVC workshop production environment.
