Product Overview


This PVC chemical additives automatic weighing dosing machine is specially developed to upgrade traditional manual batching mode for rigid and soft PVC full-range extrusion production. Traditional manual additive weighing has obvious drawbacks including frequent weighing error, low batching efficiency, heavy labor workload, high long-term labor cost and chemical powder dust harm to workers. This intelligent dosing system can automatically finish fixed-quantity batching for one-batch production materials, covering common PVC extrusion additives: stearic acid, wax, titanium dioxide, whitener, carbon black and other powder and granular auxiliary materials. 


It supports flexible bin collocation from 3 minimum bins to 12 maximum bins, matching 5-12 kinds additive automatic weighing demands. Equipped with Swiss Mettler Toledo weighing sensor and German Siemens whole-set electric control parts, the machine realizes dual precision guarantee: single bin weighing error about 10g, total batch error within 10g, and advanced control accuracy up to ±5g. Adopting fully closed screw feeding structure, it achieves full dust-free workshop operation. The integrated split silo design supports pre-wired factory delivery, easy on-site installation and parameter setting operation, which is ideal matching equipment for medium and large PVC extrusion factories.
