Product Introduction

The solid material dense phase pneumatic conveying transport feeding system is a high-pressure positive-pressure bulk material conveying device, specially developed for long-distance, large-capacity powder and granular raw material transportation. Different from dilute phase high-speed conveying equipment, it uses a pressure vessel to inject compressed air into the pipeline, pushing materials forward in continuous plug slugs, which fundamentally reduces the collision friction between materials and pipe walls.The system can realize horizontal conveying up to 1500m and vertical lifting height of 50m, with single-line hourly output exceeding 100 tons. It is compatible with fragile raw materials, abrasive particles, lump materials and mixed compound powder. The whole pipeline is fully closed without powder leakage, with low operating noise and few wearing spare parts, greatly reducing long-term factory maintenance labor and spare part expenditure.Equipped with exclusive full pipeline intelligent technology, matched PLC controller and special operation software, the equipment can real-time adjust pipeline internal pressure and material flow speed. Double parallel pipeline design plus distributed booster valves further lower air consumption, suitable for long-distance multi-station batching, mixing and feeding in chemical, plastic, rubber, food processing industries. Core Working Principle

This dense phase conveying system relies on compressed air delivered by pressure vessels to form stable material plugs inside the pipeline, and pushes solid materials forward in a plug flow state. Instead of mixing materials with a large amount of air at high speed, the material layer is compact and air consumption is extremely low.The full pipeline intelligent transport structure adopts two parallel pipelines: one main conveying pipe for material delivery, the auxiliary air supply pipeline equipped with multiple pneumatic booster valves arranged before each discharge station. The PLC system dynamically adjusts air supply volume and conveying speed according to material weight, distance and station quantity, realizing energy-saving stable long-distance delivery.

The Full Pipeline system is an innovative technology which allows to control the pressure and speed inside the pipeline through PLC and dedicated software.
The transport cycle is carried out with the full product pipeline to achieve a significant air and energy saving. Full pipeline systems are used to handle fragile and abrasive materials over long distances.
the line consists of two parallel pipes: one pipe is used to convey the material to the destination, the other is used to feed air into the pipeline through the boosters. In order to reduce air consumption and maximize efficiency, pneumatic electro valves are placed before each destination.
